New store is on point. I heard they moved so I called and Johnny was helpful and professional with the new address. My daughter grew out of her cleats and I didn't get the guys name who helped but shout out to his patience and assistance finding her the right fit. He rung me up and it is JML on receipt. Thanks guys! I'll be back to buy some Tottenham gear for me.

Horrible experience. Called before I drove down there and explained about needing to exchange shorts to a different size. I explained we received the shorts through her soccer team and just needed to exchange to a size that fit. Soccer Loco told me to just come down there and I could either exchange it for the right size and if they didn’t have it, I could exchange them for a different style shorts. I get all the way down there and then they tell me it has to be done through the team manager!! I’m not upset about the way it has to be done, I’m upset that they didn’t tell me this when I first called. Not only was I given incorrect information from the start when I first called, I went straight to the counter when I first arrived at the store and told them again what I was there to do—at this time I STILL wasn’t told that it had to go through the team manager. It was not until we were ready to do the exchange that we were told this. I’ve never had issues like this when dealing with Prime Sports! The manager rudely told us to “HAVE A NICE DAY.” If our soccer club didn’t use this company I would never give them another penny!

We love Soccerloco. We only wish it was closer to our home, but that's not a complaint. It's worth the drive to get the best. The other comment on here about not accepting refunds (exchange only) is true, at least about shoes. Maybe other stuff too. I noticed during checkout recently that the cashier actually notated that they verbally told me about the policy after explaining it to me. I thought that was cool. We've been long time customers with 3 girls in club soccer and have been told this before. So not sure what the other poster was about, except ticked off about not getting a refund. Not cool to mark as 1 star though. We like the store, the staff, the vibe and product selection.

My daughter and I felt Covid safety practices were fine. Masks worn by employees and customers, everyone was distancing and respectful of personal space on our visit.
