Have lived here for two years. The apartments appear nice at first but are poorly built. A/c broke both summers and we were forced to spend multiple days in 85 degrees with no A/c. Dishwasher stopped draining and had to be replaced. Have had to call exterminator for ants on multiple occasions. So many cracks that bugs can just get inside. When we moved in, the multiple dead bugs on the ground should’ve been a warning, but they assured us it was just because it was being renovated. There’s mold in the bathroom that’s definitely not safe. The speed bumps are higher than any speed bumps I’ve ever seen and have thrown off my cars alignment. People have dented our brand new Audi in the parking lot and never owned up to it. There’s potholes in the parking lot that have been there for years. We take great care of our apartment but are still treated terribly by management. Despite all the issues they still insist on hiking the rent up each year. Management is so rude and Herteshi is the worst of all. Do not rent here!!!

Living here for a year now. My apartment has flooded 4 times in a month. The resolution started out rocky but the team (maintenance and management) are really making an effort. This went from one star to three and hopefully in two weeks from three to five.

I moved here “temporarily” 10 years ago. Obviously, it has been a good experience. There is a nice blend of families and singles, and I love the ethnic diversity. The office and maintenance professionals are always helpful and friendly. …Thank you for being a long-time resident! I'm not sure about current rent prices. The leasing office can provide you with that info.

Hi Earl, Yes! There is a referral open house on Jan 13th 2018 between 10-5 I guess. If you are referred by someone who already stay in the crossing, you and the referral, both can save a $1000/each. Plus they always have specials. You can call the leasing office and they should be able to brief you about it.
