The water bill is paid through the crest. Recently they didn’t do their job including it last months bill on the portal so there is a balance for everyone who paid rent on time on or before the first of the month. The final straw for me was they held our pool passes hostage…… You can’t get your pool pass until that is paid. Never mind the amenity fee you pay…..also that if there was a balance, it would be paid if it was known as I always pay my rent and utilities. The nerve to be so petty. Where do these people come off? Let’s break it down a bit. The grills aren't accessible 60% of the year, more than half of them don’t work, I’ve been told about a business center since 2017 that has never come to be, the outdoor lighting in the hallways either constantly flash or don’t work, garbage collection comes by once a week now? And you are forced to pay for that service. The tennis courts have been warped and damaged for over 5 years now to the point where if the ball lands in a certain spot, and there are many, the ball just drops and doesn’t bounce. Not every unit area has a bike rack. If you leave a bike on your patio or by your door in the hallway consider it gone by the property or someone else. They usually pile them up in a designated area. I think that one is due to code. Have a problem with that? Great well the office is almost always closed or nobody answers the phone.…enjoy your stay.

They fail to pick up the garbage at least 1-2 times a week. They have failed to address it even after multiple complaints. You are forced to pay for garbage pick up as an added fee. They claim no responsibility to ensuring the contracted company completed their job. Valet services and The Crest at Princeton meadows is taking money for services they are not providing. Look up Valet services, the have multiple complaints with the BBB for this exact thing. The Crest should have looking into this company more before doing business with them that cost tenants but makes a profit for them.

Jerren always has a smile on his face and is eager to help us solve various problems. He is a sincere and kind service provider. We especially like this community. It is quiet and peaceful, and the neighbors are friendly. It is the best choice for living!
