Service was terrible. When you ask for certain requests, like extra cheese and ketchup on my sandwich (which is what I asked), they catch an attitude and charge extra on top of it. For basic condiments!!!!! I even said I was willing to pay and they were hesitant. And to top it all off, my order was very sloppily made, and not cut in half. I hate when places don’t cut a sandwich/bagel.

Earlier today I ordered a bagel with creme cheese and when I got home to eat it it had hair in the creme cheese. I went back and talked to the manager and he said there was nothing he could do for me it’s my problem and won’t give me a refund or replacement meal. The service is terrible and won’t recommend this place to anyone.

Bagel was good... delicious. The workers... they looked tired. Don't blame them. The bagels tasted so good its because how hard they worked throughout the night. When you press on the bagel, you know the dough is done right. Wait until you put in your mouth.

this is legit the worst pork roll & cheese on an “everything” bagel I’ve ever had… absolutely disgusting. Oh and it’s insanely expensive for no reason. Don’t bother. This place is not it
