I didn't know they did a discount for EBT, I would assume that it's good for any day of the week. I know that Discovery Place does one every day for EBT.

Not long enough. The amount of work and information that sea life gives to you is worth sticking around for but most people just walked past. But if you ask Google and scroll down there's usually a scale that tells you how busy the place is and it'll give you a reference to how long an average guest stays there that goes for everywhere not just this place.
