Went for my flu vax and COVID booster this week. The service was excellent: they were communicative and transparent while I was waiting so I was never left in the dark. The clerk and pharmacist were both friendly and pleasant. Definitely a more personal experience than you'd get in the big pharmacies like CVS or Walgreens. They went above and beyond (even looked up my previous vaccinations so they could put it on a single card for me)

Thank you for having wheelchair rental available. Plus excellent customer service. Impressive pharmacy with medical supply. Nice location and there is plenty of parking.

I didn’t realize Plainsboro Pharmacy was so much faster than any chain store AND the pharmacist gave me a great price on a prescription that my insurance wouldn’t cover. Really happy with this place.

My son had a self-test COVID testing at Plainsboro pharmacy (They didn't mention that it is a self-test). On their website self pay is $125 and free with insurance. I provided my insurance info and now I see they are charged my insurance $1300 by GENOPHYLL Enterprises LLC. They are out of network. The test result was a non-conclusive as well. So, pretty much not useful and I felt like cheated.
