Very unhelpful, impersonal and short attitudes. It's very difficult to receive help here, if any. Western medicine needs to step it up!

I've been sick all week and my doctor put a referral in for me to have testing for the flu and covid. I had to call twice, got transferred five times, and talked to six different people and none of them could tell me where I would need to go to have that testing done. One young man was able to tell me where to go for the covid testing but nobody else was able to tell me where to go for the flu testing. Wendy in the lab was very rude and told me that she didn't have any idea where I should go, which is surprising for someone who works in the lab testing department. Neither of the front desk people I spoke with had any idea either. How can so many people at the hospital be so misinformed (and rude)?

I am literally filling this out on a stretcher in the ER after two hours of waiting for a doctor to see me. This is NOT quality health “care.” *Update* Dr. Abell is outstanding! He apologized profusely for the delay. I changed my rating specifically because of his excellent care.
