As a mental health advocate I have never felt more judged and embarrassed at a gym. Today I was asked to leave the gym because I was jumping rope. As I've been doing, literally, everyday for over a year now at this very gym. Mind you when I first signed up I made sure to ask the employee at the front dest if this particular activity was acceptable because I know planet fitness is iffy with certain things, and he assured me that it was fine. Ive even had employees of this gym working out next to me as I was jumping rope and no-one ever said anything to me. As I walked to the front desk to cancel my membership the employee who scolded me proceeded to follow me to the front desk and yell at me more even though the other employees at the front desk made it clear they didn't agree with her. Just an absolutely disgusting display of customer service. I don't think I'll ever step foot in another planet fitness.

Never been to a cleaner and friendlier gym for $10 a month. Absolutely zero complaints for the price. It would be really cool if they had more weights and less cardio. Also in the summer it's over run with teens but whatever the gym is for everyone. Love it! Very satisfied!

labels missing on weight plates on cable machines. hyperextension machines (both) broken for months straight. never fixed. crowd meter inconsistent. 2 stars still because relatively clean and staff friendly. other locations do better with equipment maintenance

It is a great place has everything you need and a great customer service. It is also small and gives you a comfortable setting where you can workout and everyone is respectful and no one is intimidated or insulted at all. Overall a great place to workout regularly and I feel the membership is cheap too.

Hi there, Nate! We definitely understand the need to stay hydrated, which is why there are designated refill stations always available. We also value the safety of our members, and as such, we encourage our members to use smaller containers that won't be tripping hazards. Hope this helps, and thank you for your feedback!
Hey David! Our showers are closed in order for us to adhere to state mandates. As such, we are monitoring any updates for when we are able to reopen our shower facilities.
