I was very disappointed in the communication and choices. At the front the only option for picking nail polish were gel (we didn’t know) and therefore my daughter (7) picked gel and had both a mani and pedi - it took them around 10 min to do her toe nails and 10 min more to do her mani - it cost $78 😳 because of the gel. She waited quite awhile before they even started hers compared to mine and her chair didn’t work for massage. We definitely should have double checked the price before we started but we had been at 4-5 different salons and it typically costs $35 for her for both. Yikes I won’t return here. Also the gel for adults pedicure is $8 more than Lulu nails which has just a nice of an atmosphere.

Usually pretty good but yesterday with an appointment, waited for over 45 minutes to in a chair. Then received the worst gel manicure and pedicure. My friends pedicure and mine were both terrible and smudged by the time we got home. Not happy for the price paid.

Lena did my nails, she was fast, friendly and professional. I was visiting from high desert and glad my experience was plesant. Prices were reasonable. I will be back!!!!

I usually love the way they do gel nails. This time the lady who was helping me was a bit rough. It was hurting- while she was doing it. When I got home - I realized she had filed my skin with my nails. Also, I have peeled skin around my nails several places. When I called the nails place- and tried explaining what had happened- they hung up on me. I am just applying antibiotics cream all over my fingers- after spending money on my manicure- don’t know what to say- not feeling good:(
