Is there wheel chair access?

A wheelchair can make it from the parking lot to the trail head. The trailhead has a heavy duty carpet to the beach but it's sand from then on.

Yes its wide enough in everywhere and smooth pathways,the bathrooms are clean and any wheel chair will fit...anywhere in the park. Enjoyable and entertaining park for kids and adults.

Both beach and park have wheelchair access including facilities but once you get to the beach, it is all sand and impossible to make it to the water unless it has wide sand wheels on it.
