The staff is very unresponsive and not helpful at all. When I arrived they said they were open but there was no there to assist us. We called for several weeks and could not get in touch with a single person. The voicemail box was consistently full so we were not able to leave a message. When I texted the phone number listed, they asked me to send an email instead. When I emailed for a quote as they asked the email got bounced back. We were hoping to host our engagement party at Skydeck but that the service is extremely poor and I would anticipate getting the same horrible, disappointing service the day of the event. No thank you.

The ECO Channel

We had the pleasure of attending an event at Skydeck. The host was gracious, professional staff, the food was absolutely delicious and the view superb. What's not to like...Well deserved five stars.

We had a great corporate event, our customers & partners were very impressed by the views and the set up of the venue, combined with Bill Hansen catering services, we had a top corporate anniversary. The owners were extremely helpful during the event planning, done from overseas and also at the time of the event. Fantastic team in overall, highly recommended!
