Can i Bring my full family including young children to the clothing optional beach? Recently moved from Europe where it was normal for kids to be at the clothes free beach. I hear it is different in USA. Do Families take there kids to haulover?

I have never seen any kids there. I don't know if there are rules against it or not, but I definitely haven't seen any kids.

Yes families do go there but its not clothing optional. I don't knows of any clothing optional beaches in Miami. Some women do take their tops off but not children. I've been here 40+years and have never found one unless you find a private beach
