after you get the title in the mail take it to the DMV change it under your name because the title it will be still under the leaner holder name
You will get your title by mail in all scenarios according to my knowledge. However, in some little scenarios exceptions then they will ask you to come in person to dmv locations in order to get it and sign in front of the agent
