What should i take to the DMV so i can get my ID CARD (U.S. Citizen but don't live in california by the moment) I have all my documents but the address. Can i use a P.O. BOX?

You cant have I'd for dmv you need adress but if you need Id you can have in the post office that means passport card

You have to have utility bill under your name in San Diego or else Cajon or Chula Vista

I have my passport card but it expired 6 years ago, I need the ID card so i can renew it. If i don't have any bill under my name, is there any chance the DMV would accept my dad's job adress?
