I don't know for sure, but I can't see any reason why not. They allow high powered firearms.
The last couple times I checked (q4 2017) the answer was no on PCP Air Guns.
I have seen others shoot them.
Yes, they should. As your air rifle if high powered might be 177 or a 22cal if air cylinder powered.
