Please[PLEASE] consider credit card slots on large machines. Being the only local laundromat that does, PQ is taking those customers despite your more attentive effort to keep your place clean and machines functional. <Maybe payment slots are the reliability weakppint for commericial washers, though, so please forgive me if this is a self-contradicting suggestion.> Loading $8.50+8.50+6.50+6.50+6.25+6.25 plus coins for extra wash&rinse options(where available) to get wash started is an arthritis assailing delay for those in a hurry (as anyone putting off laundry so long likely is, being last minute). Your functional/stocked change machine is greatly appreciated and the undersung hero of the business- the only slot machines worth using as they omit the math-tax (levied upon the innumerate) while more reliably yielding the same "jackpot" fanfare the taxed machines sell. .

The first thing i notice after wash ,when rinsing cycle.. water should drain empty but, most machine drains only half way.

ALL the inexpensive washers were out of service. The cheapest one was $4.75, next $6.75 and finally $8.75! For those of you who don't know what this means, it means it was $65.00 to do 3 baskets of clothes! Please don't go there. Find some other laundromat that doesn't steal at least $.75 for each load on top of the exuberant prices. And the dryers are 2 bucks every 20 minutes so plan on spending $4 or 5 bucks drying one light load at least. Sorry, but don't buy anything there as you might get upset there's only 2 dryer sheets when you buy a box for a buck. Bottom line - the least you'll spend on one small load for both wash & dry is about $9.50. Thats approximately $65 if you have a couple blankets and 4 or 5 loads! It's cheaper to buy a high end washer & dryer. It's not the place to go if you're half smart.

I also agree, disregard the bad reviews. You can’t please everyone no matter what you do. I found out after meeting Daniel the owner, this is a family business for about 40 years. Machines are in great shape, baskets too. Place is clean and in a good location. Free WiFi also, hours are great (7-10 every day), and it’s cheaper to wash on Tuesdays I also learned.
