My car was there about 3 months for waiting tcm part! They told me it might take up to a year because of part shortage! When I asked them about loaner car, they said they don't have any available loaner! Once I complained Ford Twitter website, surprisingly they respond and arrange me a rental car via enterprise! And it only took about 3 more weeks to fix my car as soon as they started paying my rental car! So if I didn't complain to Ford Twitter page and didn't make them rent me a car via enterprise, who knows how long it would take the fix my car!

Service staff has completely turned over. It is sad when people loose their jobs, but as you read on you will see why. I had a great 100000 mile service. Previously at my 60000 mile service my truck was in for routine oil change. Brought it home unwashed, and wash was offered quick service being performed. Before I began to wash, I found a scratch in fender and wheel arch, and called the dealership. Scratches mirrored previous damage found on vehicle at purchase of the used truck. Dealership took no ownership for the damage, but touched up the damaged areas and all other areas possible with the paint materials mixed. I was very happy with the service recovery efforts.
