I had a few deliveries with them. 4 hour delivery windows on weekdays is ridiculous. Suppose to give a call a head and never did. Then the last delivery was suppose to be between 8 and noon and I waited all day and no one showed, or responded to my emails or calls.

Estes delivered a small pallet of tile to my new house we are just finishing build. I had new seamless gutters put on for $7000.00. They ran into it and didn’t say anything. A month later my son noticed it, so I called them and they said they wouldn’t do anything about it. Now I have to pay $1400 or more to have a section replaced. Never get a delivery when your not home:(

I am on the other side as I co-manage a distribution center and Estes has been great to work with. I deal daily with the support staff, dispatchers and drivers. Everyone is great to work with. If you haven't yet contacted your local terminal, please do so. Sorry you're having so many issues with them. Hope everything gets straightened out STAT.
You can still do pick ups on Saturday and some special delivery service!
