Diagnosed oil leak on 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman. Replaced valve cover. Replaced oil pan gasket. Performed oil change. They did what they said they would and were 100% accurate with the time and cost projections. I'm very happy with the experience.

This shop is quick, and did a superb job fixing a complex problem on my AMG. Oil changes can be done in 15-20 minutes, but there's factors like current number of work orders their mechanics are committed to. The shop was accurate and punctual with the timelines they gave me and their customer service staff are refreshingly friendly and sincere. I also want to point out that I'm not sure what you mean by service, since any work on your car is considered service, so for the sake of this answer I assume that you mean the oil change to be the service. Great little car you have there, BTW. Give the shop a call. I highly recommend it 👌
