Hello I work at the oside elks lodge and I've noticed that during bingo, some people are leaving their dogs in their cars to go play bingo for roughly 4 hours. What can I do to help stop this behaviour? Is this legal? Can you help?

Call the police, animal enforcement or fire department. You must report the crime as it is being committed!
