Navajo Nation Recreation Dept manages the campground. Not as crowded as it used to be when it Was free camping. Navajo National Monument has free camping. It is about 1 1/2 hours away to the North.

I believe the camp ground is 1o-12 dollars per night and there's also another campground a little farther into the canyon called I believe it's called spider Canyon and that's Navajo run and that runs about the same it's just a basic Campground higher elevation they're both serve the purpose of why you're there
