The hotel was clean and front desk staff were friendly. It's nice having the restaurant on site. Delicious fry bread! Room was nice. Usually don't sleep well in hotels because of the bed, this bed was very comfortable and actually got sleep

Bed was comfortable, but that was all. Very dirty water coming out of sink, shower, and toilet. Wifi not working front desk stated they rebooted and it would take 20 minutes to come back on, it never did. Very disappointing for an IHG property.

I stayed the night (12/24/2021). The positive: room is nice has refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom is a decent size. The negative: (1) Housekeeping staff will knock on your door and enter at 8:30 for a "wake up call." (2) As I mentioned I've stayed at plenty of hotels and have never had a problem with theft. I had some folding chairs and trailer hitch stole from the back of my truck. I notified the hotel front desk but I was told the hotels policy on theft. It was said so quick and verbatim that it sounds like a common thing. Just be warned. Of all the hotels I have stayed in I have never had either of these has happened to me being woke up by housekeeping by knocking and entering my room at 8:30am and getting items stolen from the back of my truck.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property itself is very picturesque. The room was clean and very inviting. The bed and pillows were oh so comfy. One nice feature was a sliding glass door that opened up to a little patio. It was such a good stay, I wish we could've stayed a little longer. The lobby also has a really nice little gift shop which was a great touch. The staff were pleasant, helpful and professional. The only downside was not having a continental breakfast, but in the age of covid, and short staffing that was understandable.
