Their not accepting appointments at this time...I would suggest going early in the morning. I was in and out in 40 minutes for a real ID and I transferred from Georgia! GOOD LUCK
I had the same situation. Uploaded all my documents and all I got was a confirmation code. What I ended up doing is going to the DMV without an appointment. I found the best time to go is in the middle of the day (around 11am or 2pm) in the middle of week (Tuesdays or Thursdays are typically less busy) and in the middle of the month. I waited behind one person, which took about 4-5min. I went inside, showed them my confirmation code, paid for my licence, took my photo, got my temporary license & was in and out in 10min. Super fast and easy. I would suggest bringing the required documents (passport, social card, bills, etc...) just in case.
Did you print out the confirmation? If you did and there's a picture of a stop sign, they consider that your appointment. You get to go in the shorter line on the left. If you didn't print it out, you'll have to wait in the regular line, but it really moved quickly!
