They are trying to assist with directing people to the correct areas.
They weren't asking questions the day I visited. They were trying to keep people 6 ft apart and keep order if needed to. A lot of people were actually asking them question. If you have an appointment go directly to the line with the stanctions... Don't wait in the long line around the building...
