Let me start by saying that I have sold to this store before. Now, I know that they are not going to give full retail price back for things that they buy from you. But, I brought in a complete stroller/infant travel system that was just made in 2022. This set retails for $500+. The tag(plastic instructions, etc..) was still attached TO THE SEAT OF CAR SEAT. this entire thing had never been touched and you could tell. They said that they won't take the car seat... That it's a liability..even though it is a completely unused one.. then they wanted to buy the stroller alone.. and give me $42 cash for it.. and then they said that they are only giving me $42 because it's supposed to come as a travel system..... But they don't take the car seat!!! Upon looking through the store, as I am expecting.. we come across the baby swings and find one of them with two screws sticking completely out of the frame where the baby sits(SEE ATTACHED IMAGES)... They screws do not go with this swing. The screws would not unscrew or screw in anymore they were forced in there by whoever brought the swing to this store. The store didn't even check this swing to see if it was any kind of a liability. The employees are disgusting and rude. NONE of them want to help with anything and got upset that they had to ring people up.

I came in today with my sister to sell her baby stuff. Once they told us how much they were going to give us we decided to give it to these women (sisters) who are both pregnant. The lady who works at the front comes up to us all crazy saying “This is a business and you’re not allowed to do that. By the way you’re all banned” I walked up to her at the front and asked “why are we banned?” And asked “weren’t you trying to sell these to them?” I told her she misunderstood our conversation and we were going to give it to them for FREE. You should’ve seen her face after she realized she was wrong. She didn’t make any eye contact and she was quiet the whole time. It was all a misunderstanding. Instead of coming at us the way she did she should’ve took the time to hear what was said. She had a disgusting attitude & I understand she was doing her job but how she approached the situation was so rude. Everyone there witnessed what had happened even her coworkers. It was embarrassing for her. She didn’t even apologized. From reading the reviews on here, it looks like this company needs new employees.

This place is great if you are looking for gently used, inexpensive clothing. They have everything nice and organized and lots of selection. Seasonal things in stock. Shoes are mostly not in great condition but sometimes you find clean and good shape ones. Join their rewards program for extra discounts.
