Front desk receptionist Lili has a bad manner to treat patient’s. My daughter went for her ortho appointment and was sent back because she didn’t have a mask. When I asked her why she wouldn’t give her a mask, she says they didn’t have anymore. Your in dentist office! As a parent spending hundreds of dollars for treatment l think you can at least be greeted with a smile & offered a mask when the patient doesn’t have one.

These 5 stars are for Cathy. To the owner/manager of this office - you owe this wonderful lady a raise. We were seen today and have been having issues with previous dental offices referring us out and not being able to get my 6 year old's tooth extracted. Cathy saw that I was frustrated and without missing a beat immediately took us aside and went above and beyond to try to assist us. She made calls to get us started on the service we needed. My son was having issues taking clean x-rays due to having trouble keeping the device in his mouth. While it wasn't successful, Cathy gave it another shot while connecting with my son to try to help us take additional x-rays. It's been a long time since I've met anyone with her compassion and professionalism. Her demeanor was so soothing, she was able to calm me down and make me feel everything was going to be okay. She genuinely cared and took time to help us in our time of need. THANK YOU CATHY. We appreciate having had the opportunity to meet you.

If i could give this place one no star i would but not an option. I took my 16 year old Son. The xray technician kept pushing the button to take xrays and she kept pushing it ovee and over As if it was broken . She pushed it like ten times i has to tell her hey relax dont burn my son as i was standing nearby. She said oh sorry it gets stuck 😧The dentist a female . Was very rude and had an attitude from the moment she saw us. She barely looked at my son just did an examination and said hes too big he needs to go to an adult dentist ( which i later found out was not true) and he needs alot of work. I was referred to a different dentist. I go to the dentist i was referred to they tell me they cant see my son because dentistry for kids billed the insurance claiming they did a cleaning (which was not true) . Now i have to wait 14 days for them to clear this with the insurance. Called them and was told it was an honest mistake. I dont recommend you go here. Also they will try and bill your insurance for things that werent done. Dentist there lacks people skills very rude stuck up can tell she hates her job.

All the staff was very friendly and the Dentist was very good with my four year old son. My son had some cavities and I was nervous about sedation, but the atmosphere was calming and I think my son picked up on it because he was not nervous. This made me feel good.
