I'm member of Kaiser for years and Dr. CRUZ is so irresponsible been calling for more than a month n he doesn't return my calls to give me a medical release I'm been losing money thanks this DR CRUZ and he is been seating getting his check... KAISER BECOME THE WORSE PLACE TO GO.

staff is always nice and welcoming. one of my appointments i had made an appointment with the wrong department but they worked with their colleagues to get me the right people to check me out which i appreciated very much because i didn’t have to make a following appointment. doctors are super nice and always make sure everything is fine with you mentally .

They treat us like one more number fast Don’t ask how you feel what symptoms you have you have pains problem with your health in general NO!!! They just go fast like any other business..... we are just number no humans anymore. Wow!!! I asked for some health problems I been having.. and they just said you have to do another appointment!!! What!!!?? I already here!!! Well business is business.. Right #Kaiser!!. Plus reception lady in lab soooo rude. Well the guy who’s taking the samples was really nice.

I have been a member of Kaiser Permanente for years, and am pleased with the quality of care they provide. They are efficient, the nurses are knowledgeable, and the doctors are professional. For such a large organization, it is nice to have a feeling of compassion and concern from all the staff. Naturally, people are all different (including medical professionals!) so it is especially patient oriented that you can select doctors that you are comfortable with. And, another benefit is that they have a network of locations and services. The option of having medications mailed directly to your home, instead of having to visit a pharmacy to make a pick up, is very convenient both in terms of time as well as transportation. They were one of the first medical organizations to have patient medical records electronically connected and accessible, for medical providers as well as patients (online). That also allows patients to contact doctors via email, a definite positive method of communication.

They always request you come early mostly to make sure that you're there on time You do have a form to fill out before you go into your appointment so I suggest you get there about 5 minutes early to fill that out it's not that long and people will be in the office
