Hi William. Have the two roommates that are planning to move out go to Marquardt with a written or typed 30 day intent to vacate notice. Then have the 3 that would like to move in come in as well to grab applications. Have them fill the applications out and provide the proper documents and turn them into the office as soon as possible to see if they would be accepted and added to the lease
