Yes, it's based on the income. Without insurance its come out about 110$ and if u pay right away u get instant discount. Plus additional charges for tests or whatever else

Lissadonohue Donohue, If you don't have insurance they go off of a sliding scale based on your salary. I don't know how much you have to put down at the time of visit but they WIL turn you away if you don't put something down. Hope this helps.

They base it off of your income on a sliding scale. Call them and they can give you an idea of cost. I believe it won't be any higher than $200 if your income is above their scale.
