It depends on the artist. If the artist decides they don't want to be recorded, they'll coat check your camera & give you a warning if they catch you. After the first warning, they'll kick you out without question.
It depends on the act or band playing. If the performance allows video, it will be okay, but if they don't, then you won't be able to record.

No professional cameras (changeable lenses). No flash. Otherwise it's up to the artist, some have strict no photo rules, others encourage it.
Music show I would say probably yes anything else I would say no
I'm not really sure about that, but I know Francisco audience do not like when people hold up cameras and phones.
