Auditoriums and bathrooms were very clean. High quality popcorn. I am a fan of the sour cream and onion popcorn. I also like the snack options. The parking garage is a plus and they validate so you save a little bit.

Beware of the 4DX theater! I booked it accidentally and had no idea the seats were going to move around and fans were going to blow on us. It was so distracting and weird during the trailers that I asked about switching to a different theater. Luckily the same movie was playing in a normal theater 20 minutes later so we switched. The employees were nice about it. The lobby is kind of spooky and empty.

They finally have a Korean movie in the theaters! I previously reviewed that they do not have parking validation, but, they do now! So make sure to park in their garage which is on O'Farrell St. The Korean movies have English subtitles which is great for non-korean speakers.

The theater is very clean and nice. Comfy seats too. But got stuck in the card only line for snacks and had to go wait in another line, there was no signage that my cash wasn't acceptable until the cashier told me. He should have been announcing it or got my drink and passed me to the cash line, but I really don't think I should have had to wait twice. Other than that, service was good.
