this is a very famous venue and it was a pleasure to visit the same spot we're very famous bands used to play. The staff at the front is also super friendly and ticket prices are fairly reasonable although it's a bit strange but the box office charges you money for buying tickets at the box office (?). prices inside are ridiculously expensive, who pays $11 for a Walmart hot dog? and the sound quality is actually quite poor coming from the speakers.. shame

Very nice venue, balcony seats are a bit cramped. Over all very nice experience. I would definitely see another artist here.

Great venue and good security, but crowdsurfing should really be banned. My sister got hit in the head multiple times by a girl crowdsurfing repeatedly during the concert. Other than that, beautiful venue and great concert!
Dipo Doherty
Comfortable seats and the view of the stage was hardly interrupted. The interiors could use an upgrade (not instagram worthy lol). They have a steady rotation of small/mid sized concerts

It depends on the performer. Been there several times. Once the performer didn't care if we took video or.pictures just no flash photography. Another time they made it clear before the show started, no video, no pictures you will be asked to leave.
I'm so I cannot answer that question. I'm not that familiar.
Taking a new e-scooter to Mid Market was a pretty dumb move. Warfield security are there to protect the venue, not your scooter. Consider it a lesson learned.
Every show I have been to at The Warfield ends by 11pm.
I would recommend parking at a local bart station and barting in
There's free street parking after 6pm less than 2 blocks away. I've been going there for almost 40 years and always find a spot on Mission Street near 6th Street. It's not the prettiest part of town that time of night, but free is free.
5th and Mission! Is a short walk but your vehicle will be in a very lit and secure parking garage. It's monitored constantly and local Sheriff's on site. Also, if you come a little early and want a bite to eat, Mel's dinner is right there or Dennys... or Starbucks! There's a nice restaurant right across the street If your feeling fancy! Great location..
Just a card
We love to stay at Inn at the Opera. It's a fantastic boutique hotel that's about 15 minute walk to The Warfield.
I consulted my magic 8 ball. The answer: ask again later.
Any place is fine as long as you don't have anything visible in the car. Cords and change, anything and everything needs to be hidden.
Like everywhere. Pat down and bag search. Who asks questions like this other than somebody up to "No Good" like, Terrorists ?
Yea should be fine
Its very close to Powell St.
It might be a VIP meet and greet. When my daughter saw Got7 they had a VIP time for meeting band members. Then the concert. I would just call the Warfield and ask them. They can answer any questions you have.
Visit www.warfieldtheatre.com
The last event I attended (Armnhmr) had many people with those. There is a water fountain inside I saw people filling them with.
Doors usualy open at seven, gives you time to get food and drinks, 8 show starts, 9 intermission to 930. Then ends at ten. Show times for concerts are the same. Not sure about others. Have fun!
It has no parking but there is a parking lot on Golden Gate Street, it is between Jones and 6th st. It will be 30 minutes after the show
Sometimes bands do side gigs So probably yes to being there
They need their ID. I have done it many times
Check their website the warfield review section cant really help with that
GA is standing/dancing in front of stage at most shows. Some shows you can sit at a table or grab a barstool but they are usually assigned seats. The balcony is assigned seats. Happy Shows!
No. My wife and I just went and saw Grizzly Bear and they weren't letting balcony general admission ticketholders into the floor general admission ticketholder section or vice versa.
You set search parameters, best seats available, floor preferred or balcony, then set number of tickets and the system will pull up the best tickets based on your parameters.
Go to their main Web and type date of event. They will show sitting chart for every event. But for what I seen last time. The seating is the same. Since they removed the original seats from the theater.
Call ahead and let them know you will be in attendance. That way you can guarantee they have handicap seating available.
If you're coming from outside SF, consider taking BART. Parking is free after 3pm. Train fares reasonable. Just get off at Powell or Civic Center stations in SF, and make the 1-2 block walk.
It depends on the artist. If the artist decides they don't want to be recorded, they'll coat check your camera & give you a warning if they catch you. After the first warning, they'll kick you out without question.
Yes you.can just be aware that it might be searchrd fir security reason and you are in a area thats close to the rough oart of town stay aware and alert walking to and frim theatre
Nope. It's just an evening with Yes!
As I say to people that ask these questions about parking I would rather pay $20 and park in the garage which there are a lot in the neighborhood then parked my car on the street no matter what part of San Francisco you in people breaking cars so check out the sf.gov which is the San Francisco government website
