Beautiful building with great amenities and finishes, but what stood out the most was the customer service from our leasing agent Jael! She was extremely helpful and patient with us as she went out of her way to answer all our questions, and the tour was easy to set up. I would recommend this building to anyone in a heartbeat!

I had a tour scheduled with follow up confirmation email from PRISM and their leasing team. Despite that, upon my arrival, the receptionist was like “you’re not in the calendar and have no records in our system”. Despite showing my emails as a proof, the response I got was “we can’t do anything about it and one of our senior agents (Madison) left the company”. The management doesn’t have a proper communication and not capable to manage a understaffed situation. Finally, I was allowed to tour the apartment (not by the property manager) after 15 minutes of argument and wait with the person who was in the front desk and had minimal knowledge about the floor plans. I was rushed to check out the amenities and floor plans by that agent because he had to return back to the front desk. I’ve been in SF for more than 2.5 years now and this the worst apartment tour I have had so far. The reception was really bad (so unwelcoming) that I didn’t even think about leasing this place after that. The apartment interior looks great, amenities are amazing. The floor-to-ceiling windows in units add beauty to the floor plans. The building doesn’t have a parking which is another downside. I wish they had given a better tour of the apartment.

I didn't end up renting here but I did want to leave a review of the fantastic tour experience I had. 1.) The staff here was extremely on top of things, they sent me reminder emails and friendly calls / voice messages about my appointment and they greeted me right away (no wait for my appointment when I arrived.) They also offered me Pellegrino during my tour and were very detailed about the tour and answering questions. I toured with the property manager and he even knew stuff about the other properties I was touring (not just in San Francisco, but all the way down the peninsula) so he gave me some great tips and advice! 2.) The gym here is amazing: It has a Woodway treadmill (those things are like $10,000) and TWO Peloton Bike+ with delta look pedals. Of the 7 apartments I toured, this apartment complex had the best gym equipment. The only thing that could be better is if there was more natural light in the gym. The spin room does open to the outdoors which I loved. I really wanted to choose this apartment for the gym's equipment. 3.) The apartment's interior is really nice and it's brand new; it has a "dark" color scheme to it and the ceilings are a bit lower than what I like apartments, but I'm coming from a location with massive 18 feet vaulted ceilings with floor to ceiling windows so you should check it out to see if it works for you. There is no air conditioning so smaller windows / less sunlight may be better for these units. 4.) I ended up renting somewhere else primarily because they offered me a great deal on a 2 bedroom, it was a corner unit, and it had parking (whereas the Prism does not). The outside of the building I chose had more security as well so it felt a bit cleaner and safer to me. However, the tour experience itself is so great that you should check out the Prism and see if it's right for you.
