I have tried to speak to a live person for over a half hour but it was a total waste of time. Do you have a customer service department with an actual telephone number where you don't need a code to speak to a live person.

I'm struggling to talk to a live person and its impossible. This place is quick to take your money but unwilling to grant customer service. I'm dissatisfied and frustrated.
