I've only had great experiences there, honestly. Questions about games or game systems, their opinions on how to best connect several systems together, even simple questions about how much someone might like a game based on other games they play, they usually have a good answer for you. Best thing to do if you have any troubles with a certain employee is to talk to their manager about it, so that corrections can be made or extra training can be given when needed!
We have never experienced anything other than excellent knowledge and service at this Game stop. And, we frequent this store a lot! Must have been a fluke. Perhaps go in and visit with their manager, Ashton. He will gladly address any concerns.
