When I walked in and tried to find something I couldn't find anything I needed. When I tried going up to the front desk the Manager I talked to was a very rude and did not help me at all, she told me that she was busy and couldn't help me at that moment even though she was sitting there doing nothing. When I tried to find someone else to help me I got the same response, honestly it disgusts me that these people are allowed to work here, and even be managers. Never coming here again thanks to that horrible service I got. Never once had this experience at a staples or any other place like it.

Would do a 0 star review if i could, horrible customer service from the management team. Most of the normal employees are fine. But the management team is truly an embarrassment from the community of sandpoint idaho.

Even though they were short on staff, the cashier and manager were very patient and helpful and well informed about all their products. I recommend this store because you’ll leave either with the best product or with the best recommendation on how to get what you need.

Needed to print a document so I figured staples would be a good option . Asked a gentleman who had a bit of an accent about it and he told me their process, all very simple. But the catch is I had to pay with a card. To print a document. A single piece if paper. I let him know I didnt have my card on me and asked if I could just use cash. Nope. Ok so staples cant print something for you without including a bank in the transaction. The employee was nice enough. No complaints there.
