Unbelievably bad sanitation. I was watching what was done to the areas I was in while drying my nails. Pedicure chair was not sanitized, towel not changed. Saw them clean foot bath but saw no sanitizing spray. I think they used same callous brush used on me to clean soaking tub. At nail station, towel I had under me arms/nails was simply shaken out and placed for next customer. Really felt uncomfortable with their cleanliness. When I questioned these practices, manager pointed out A rating and wanted to know where I was from. Wont return as I dont feel they sanitize at all.

Terrible job on my nails. Didn’t soak off my gel - just used the tool to grind it off my nails. Did the same to remove the regular polish from my toes. Changed the neutral color I had selected for an awful lavender color. Messed the top coat up bad and then left, another employee had to try to fix it and just made it worse and sent me out the door with these ugly bubbles all over every single fingernail. 1 star is 1 too many.

Nancy and Justin are always so accommodating and they do wonderful work. I love the fact that they are quick yet very personable and I don't feel rushed. I always get compliments on my manicures and pedicures. I have been coming here for 4 years and can't think of going anywhere else.

Having nails done for over 30 years... the first time I have to give a bad review... I understand that each tech has their own method of applying acrylic nails and polish.... but Nancy rushed me out so fast!! My nails are different lengths, bumpy fat and the extra nail art I purchased to cover some of her blunders is so juvenile...my husband could have done better... very disappointed. They have 2 prices for fills,,, $19 & $25 - asked what the difference was and was told that no one wants to get their nails polished anymore so for $19 you leave with just acrylic and no polish!!!! WHAT!!??? Perhaps people may do this because the lack of polish choices...........And if you do get the $25 fill and opt for gel... it costs another $10!!! Looks like I'm looking for another nail tech... just so disappointed!
