Yes they can! If you wish to bowl a league on base, you will have to contact the secretary of that league to sponsor you into a league. If you have a usbc card, you can also participte in the no tap tournament they have there once a month! Best bet is to call the bowling center. People who work thete are nice, and helpful as well!
