I guess my last review got taken down so im posting again. DO NOT use this company and live on base if there is any other choice. Not all but some of the staff, specially Rachel, are not good with customer service and seem to take pleasure in screwing people over. One example, long story short, my dog and her puppies are now gone and i cant recover them because Rachel skipped steps of giving warnings and such and went straight to my first sergeant threatening to have me evicted because my dog had puppies, lying about things i did and said, and accused me of subletting as well because my partner spent the night. Basically do not give any money to this awful company, others and myself are much happier being off base, you just have to look around and make things work, its better than being on base.

Just want to say that the yard maintenance crew did a phenomenal job on our front lawn this week! They edged it and got rid of all the weeds, it looks great! Best we’ve seen it in 4 years

Don't be fooled by the photos cherry-picked to represent the homes; the nice ones are strictly for officers and higher-enlisted only. We were given a townhouse unit in Onizuka Flats and now understand why they need permission from renters to have OF on the list of considerations. I hope that whoever designed the floorplan for this type of unit wears a helmet in their every day life if they didn't shape it this badly on purpose. Rather than one acceptably-sized living room, there are two very tiny ones that don't allow for longer couches or one small end table beside a small couch when taking into account the one wall in which screens can be set against because of the placement of the windows (which have no curtains or even curtain rods or mounts of any kind). The very little counter space in the kitchen has cupboards placed over them to ensure maximum collision between your face and the plywood should you have the audacity to lean forward while you work. The kitchen is sized, set up and shaped to make it impossible for two people to be in it at the same time without constantly being in each others' way unless you're both stationary. The three bedrooms are more like one small bedroom with no room for dressers, one dressing room and one small storage room. Multiple colonies of pharaoh ants (aka thief ants, aka grease ants) have set up shop in the walls, and I've found out that it's a problem all across the base. When I called housing maintenance about the ants, clarifying that they were specifically infesting clean rooms where no food is allowed, I was told that housing would do absolutely nothing and told to go buy myself some Terro to deal with the problem FOR them. The appliances are very cheap, poor models (eg; inconsistent oven/broiler temps, fridge that leaves milk only cool rather than cold while freezing and ruining produce, crazy loud ventilation system, dishwasher has trouble fitting much at once, and of course there's no washer or dryer). I still don't recommend renting off-base, as anywhere close enough for reasonable commute is going to be in the ghetto with high crime rates and what-have-you. That's probably how BB gets away with things the way they do.
