Sorry for the late review!! We went into this facility on 2/14 to check out rental items. We were approached by a gentleman named Perry, his customer service was REMARKABLE! He was very tentative, kind, and his knowledge about the products were ON POINT! Although we didn’t rent anything his way of conversing was very natural and that’s very rare to find these days. I just wanted to say thank you for everything! Hands down the best customer service we’ve had in a while! Keep it up Perry!!!

The staff is friendly and helpful and the price is great! The only reason for 4 stars instead of five is that some of the pieces are loose and one of the belay machines is broken
