Horrible customer service. I called for getting help finding airlines ticket from different cities (in and out) in my central Europe trip, the person said whatever price you can see from online that's what we can see. So you can book yourself.

We have travelled to Washington and Niagara through the toure organized by Tinma tours. Overall experience was good. The two nights stay offered was in good hotels with breakfast included. Bus was up to the mark . In addition to total tour fee they charge you additionaly for services and in-depth toures which cost you nearly same as toure ticket which is little bit expensive. Please ask on the desk for total tour charges before booking.
