My breaks have been squealing since I purchased my car. They have been check twice and both times I was told this is "normal", "due to the weather", and "caused by the material used on the breaks that they purchase". Has anyone else had this issue?

No but it's normal try putting some brake cream in a packet on the breaks maybe it would be better ok
