Caution: Hidden additional costs My tire got bust and I got informed the rim needed to be changed. I ordered it and when replacing the rim I got informed the tire sensor need to be replaced, as the specific part which Always Breaks when rim is replaced as per tech is not in stock and need to replace the whole thing, it costs more with tech cost and parts cost, which is not at all mentioned previously. There is no way to back out rather than getting it done, as I cannot drive the car without this. If there is any major work needs to be done on your car please find other options as even any small independent store dose a good job at providing clear and honest quote beforehand and gives you an option to choose if you want to do it or do it later when you can afford and drive the car as is.

I had brakes installed and battery replacement. I scheduled the appointment online, which was easy. I was able to drop off my car before work. The service person called me with an update and recommendations and made sure my vehicle was ready by the time I got off work. Staff were friendly

Jacob and the rest of the sales team were awesome. I really was not sure if I would be approved for new car. Not only did I get an approval for brand new vehicle, they also made sure that every need was met! Best car buying experience I've ever had!

went here for oil change and some recalls for my car. Got it all done fairly quickly little over an hour from my appointment time. Waiting area is nice and spacious. Justin Romaine was the service advisor, he was nice and seemed knowledgeable. Recommended some stuff to get done in the future with estimates. Overall good experience, will probably be back soon to get some of the recommended work done.

Hi Eliecer, It is 5 years or 60k miles. Whichever comes 1st from original purchase date.
Call the service department.
I was given a 10 day grace period from NMAC. They advised me that was NC law.
Sounds like a transmission issue
