On April 14th 2022 a muscle car, camaro, was sold to my 84 yr old senile mother. She was bullied to buy it by her mentally ill son, who has no driver's license. She took out a loan to buy it. Neither of them are qualified to even take the car for a test drive, let alone drive it home. DAP dilevered to my mother's home. This is the car and my mentally ill abusive brother in his current state. I found about the car on 5-11-2022 I contacted Durham Automart to ask they, please take the car back and refund my mother's money. I got an unhelpful earful about how it was a legal sale. I will be contacting the NC Attorney General and file a complaint about the matter.

After researching cars online I found one that I liked at Durham's Auto Mart. On a Saturday morning I was met by Jason C. in Sales and let him know what I wanted to look at and immediately he had the keys for me to go for a test drive. From there the entire process was fantastic and zero pressure from filling out initial paperwork, financing, and finalizing paperwork. Jason was outstanding throughout the entire process, explaining everything simply so there was no confusion and answered questions superbly. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Durham's Auto Mart for the best, zero-stress, non-complicated process ever.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars… This dealership and all of their staff are truly amazing. I felt welcomed from the minute I got there. Jason Chambers is definitely the best salesman I have ever worked with. The experience of purchasing a vehicle from Durham’s Auto Mart was an enjoyable experience. Best Car Dealership Experience EVER! Going to the car dealership is often an unpleasant experience. Not in this case. Durham's Auto Mart is a family run business that clearly puts the customer first. From the moment I walked in, the salesperson (Jason Chambers) couldn't have been more helpful. Very friendly. An All around great guy. I made it very clear upfront that I don't like negotiating...and...I made it very clear upfront that I simply wanted the best price they could offer. We had an agreed price in under 5 minutes. I could not have asked for a more efficient and transparent experience. (thank you Jason!) Paperwork was all a seamless experience. Very fast. There WAS a slight issue with my vehicle after buying it. BUT...it was through this experience....that I got to see the phenomenal customer service and integrity of Durham's Auto Mart. (And...I'm glad all of this happened...because it made me more secure in my purchase. It made me know I bought my vehicle from the right dealership.) My car battery died the first week. I'm not sure why it happened. And neither were they. But why the car battery died isn't what matters... (this happened months ago and the new battery is fine) What matters...is the way that Durham's Auto Mart handled the situation... They took care of EVERYTHING... 1. They immediately came out and had my vehicle towed to their shop. 2. They then installed a brand new battery. 3. They then ran tests on the car 2 more days. Just to see if anything else needed to be addressed. 4. Then delivered the vehicle back back to me. All of that was free of charge. They took total ownership of the situation...even though the dead battery situation may not have been their fault (probably wasn't)... They assumed responsibility, regardless. They absorbed the costs of a new battery. And they absorbed the labor costs of having a tow truck come out here, they absorbed labor costs of having the vehicle delivered back to me, etc. They did not have to do that. NOT AT ALL. But they did. With no hesitation. And...in this day and age...that's amazing. They certainly earned my business for life. The next time I need a vehicle...I will most definitely check with Durham's Auto Mart first. I would recommend them to anyone. They're great.
