Has anyone showed up with out appointment at this agency? I have sent passport expedited for an emergency week and passport has taken over almost 2 months.

I applied 2months ago paid to have both mines and my grandson passport I also paid extra for it to come received mines but not hi have called the last past 3weeks online 24/7about his no response.The said part is I leave Saturday 31and have to leave him behind because I can't get answers
