my wife filled out the DS-82 form, at the end of the paper work it asked for her credit carded number to pay $ 49.00 at the post office we where told you don't pay anything on line,

My expedited passport was received by the agency on 6/24/2019. Today is 8/18/12019 and I have yet to receive my passport or a letter or a phone call from anyone. I've called 200 times, All I get is that it is processing. WTF! Please help.
