Hello, I have to 3d print a model, is this place open to the public? Can I come in, give a file to someone, have them print it, come back the next day, pay and leave?

Luis, Formlabs designs and sells desktop SLA 3D printers, not the prints them sleves. I would recomend an online service like shapeways or 3D hubs for your needs.
