Shameless and worst company and service. All their representatives have been cheating. Don’t expect to hear the same thing about your package delivery from two different representatives. I have made 20+ calls to them, and they promised to call me back. Apparently they never did. Also, their supervisor asked me to show respect to their team while they were lying to me as a customer. I don’t understand how dare they ask for respect from their customers when they show no respect to customers as they lie about everything and transfer you to some random teams who can’t never be responsible for your requests. If google map allowed me to use profane words to describe their services, I would.

I always have problems with UPS. My last package was from FL and it never arrived. The driver mark it as delivered and he didn't even take a picture. I called and they said it didn't look delivered a week later they sent me a letter saying that the package was delivered and didn't pay me my money or nothing. I loose my package and my money.

Last attempted delivery from there was a cosmic messup. Avoid. POSTSCRIPT: The 7 boxes I was expecting did eventually arrive. After I'd gotten notifications on all 7 of them saying "Delivery was attempted, nobody home" (untrue) and that I had to enter a number from the attempted-delivery slip (no such slip) in order to reschedule. I'm not sure what happened there, but I was in the house all day, lights on, door open, note to UPS taped to the door. When the driver came round at quarter of 7 he denied having come by before, said it was his first attempt to deliver.

My wife was waiting for a package all day yesterday then at 6:08pm gets an email saying that she missed it. When the door bell was never rung and never seen a UPS truck on our street. Never left a I miss you note till this morning that I opened my door again. My wife called yesterday ten minutes after she received the email and spoke to one of the representatives and she was told that the driver couldn’t make due to a change in his schedule. So she told them that they shouldn’t of updated a missed delivery when it was their fault. Now this morning all of a sudden she opens the front door and here’s the Missed Delivery Note so unprofessional. I usually like UPS over FedEx but now they are just as bad and liars.
