I grew up in Mount Washington Valley and while visiting my Mom, my husband purchased a pair of boots. Mom has moved so we don't get up north much anymore. How can my husband get a new pair of boots?

Can't beat the prior answer As a novice hiker would have to imagine yours are worn out? IMHO - 1)Visit, get measured, join the multi-year delivery queue 2) Visit, buy a pair left on consignment 3) Maybe have them replace the tread? 4) Visit, strike gold and score a new pair on the spot, made to some else's measures, and never picked up or given current address. Got mine this way in the 70's for my gallumping big size 14. Truly amazing luck. Not repeated until I got married.
