We are open to the public. While we do have special spay/neuter pricing for low income families, it is not a requirement. We generally have other grant money for spay/neuter for others. It's a really clean vet clinic, I don't think they actually have a shelter so no worries on them thinking your surrendering him/her. You'll have to make an appointment for the procedure tho. (Vet there is super friendly)

Yes they go buy income if you have food stamps or medical free to really cheap and they do have shelter there
